Vixreel turns video clips and a song you choose into a beat-synced reel. This policy explains exactly what the app stores, why, and for how long.
No advertising identifiers, no location data, no contacts, no analytics or tracking SDKs. Vixreel does not build a profile of you and shows no ads.
Clips and songs you upload are deleted from the server as soon as your reel finishes rendering — successfully or not. The finished reel stays on the server only long enough for you to download it, and is removed during routine cleanup. Nothing you upload is used to train any model, and nothing is shared with or sold to third parties.
The app opens your device's file picker so you can choose clips and a song. It receives only the files you explicitly select — it cannot browse your gallery and never uploads anything in the background.
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, in two places: in the app under Delete my account, or on the web at vixreel.com/delete-account — no need to install anything to use the second one.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account, your email address, your password, your render history and any finished reels of yours still on the server. Nothing is kept in a recoverable state, and there is no waiting period. If you cannot sign in, email the address below from the account address instead and it will be deleted within 30 days.
Vixreel is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.
If this policy changes, the updated version appears at this address with a new "last updated" date.
